To Apple: Cause and Effect!

Recently I bought my first iPhone ever. A brand new iPhone 6 Plus 64 GB, witch is still, at least to my knoledge, covered by the warranty that might end somewhere in mid november. A few weeks ago I started experiencing problems with  the touchscreen, just like disconnecting a mouse from a computer.

In my city there is no official Apple Store. As I can recall, there are only two in Brazil. All we can find in my city are crappy Authorized Technitian Centers. There, an employee opened my device (It has never been opened before or after) and he claimed that the "humidity sensor" has been activated, therefore the warranty would not be applicable anymore.

I, than asked for an appraisal, simply saying that my deffective screen (or the whole phone), throughlly inpected and analyzed by a so said authorized technician,  would not be replaced due to the activation of this "humidity sensor".

Now, all I want to hear is an explanation connecting the deffective screen with the alleged humidity shown by this little peace of cloth inside the device. If these two situations can't be put in the same history line, than I believe I have the right to a screen replacement, witch seems not to be the case, once only official Apple Stores can replace parts, or the replacement of the whole phone. There is a third option, even; I could get a refund and use the money to buy a brand new Motorola, that I am sure handles moisture, splashes and swimming classes much better.

Hope to hear soon,
Unsatisfied customer.
